Watch your child blossom with confidence and make meaningful connections with peers. Our program nurtures essential life skills through specially designed, playful activities.

The Future Horizon’s Quest curriculum will be used as a big source of the resources. It’s a book created for autistic students to build social communication skills. Students will engage in different STEM, art, and puzzle-type challenges including high interest topics to practice and generalize the skills addressed in the social skills instruction.

Program is led by Mrs. Smith, certified special educator of 7 years with an Autism endorsement from the University of Wilmington. Healthy Snacks and breaks will be provided to ensure your child is successful! Tuition includes a 4-week session.

This program is best when children attend all sessions as we activity build community. Drop-ins disrupt the flow the of the group and are no longer offered.

Parents not required to stay.

Classes take place: 5:30 - 7:00 PM on Thursdays, in the Dragonfly Room of the Healing Arts Center, 617 Franklin Avenue Berlin, MD 21811.

Session 1: Sept. 17th- Oct. 8th

Best for children in grades 2nd-5th, approximate age 7-10. Reach out if you believe your child is developmental appropriate for the age group, but does not fall between those age groups.
