This six-week individualized math intervention program is designed to identify learning gaps, strengthen foundational math skills, and build confidence through structured, hands-on instruction.

Unlike traditional homework help, this program begins with an in-depth look at your child's current math abilities, learning needs, and school performance. Instruction is then tailored to target specific areas of difficulty while reinforcing grade-level concepts.

What's Included:

1. Initial Parent Consultation & Academic Review

• Parent meeting to discuss academic concerns, history, and goals.

• Review of available school assessments, classroom assignments, report cards, and IEP/504 documentation, when applicable.

• Discussion of the student's learning preferences and areas of concern.

2. Individualized Math Skills Assessment

• Informal assessment of foundational math skills.

• Identification of specific skill gaps and areas of difficulty.

• Review of number sense, computation, mathematical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Development of individualized instructional priorities.

3. Six Weeks of Individualized Math Instruction

• Six 60-minute, one-on-one tutoring sessions.

• Explicit, systematic instruction targeting identified skill gaps.

• Multisensory and hands-on learning strategies.

• Individualized activities and instructional materials.

• Ongoing progress monitoring and adjustments to instruction.

4. End-of-Program Parent Meeting
At the conclusion of the six weeks, parents will meet to review:

• Skills addressed throughout the program.

• Progress made toward individualized learning goals.

• Current strengths and remaining areas of difficulty.

• Available updates in school performance and classroom work.

• Recommendations for continued academic support and next steps.

Total investment: $425

1. Initial Assessment + Report & Parent Meeting: $75

2. Six-60 minute sessions: $300 ($50 each)

3. Final Parent Meeting: $50

**If after the six weeks is over, families are welcome to stay on at $50/ hour for tutoring sessions with the option to add on progress monitoring.

Upon enrolling, half of the tuition is due and the other half will be billed and due by week 4 of the program.

Early Writers: Foundational Writing Skills Intervention

An Individualized Writing Program | Grades K–2

Is your child struggling with handwriting, spelling, putting thoughts into words, or completing classroom writing assignments?

Early Writers is a six-week individualized writing intervention program designed to strengthen the foundational skills children need to become confident, independent writers.

Writing involves much more than putting pencil to paper. Students must develop handwriting skills, connect sounds to letters, spell words, organize their thoughts, and communicate ideas through written language.

This program begins with an individualized review of your child's current writing abilities to identify areas of strength and specific skills that may need additional instruction.

What's Included:

1. Initial Parent Consultation & Academic Review

• Parent meeting to discuss concerns, academic history, and writing goals.

• Review of available classroom writing samples, assessments, and teacher feedback.

• Discussion of current literacy instruction and areas of difficulty.

2. Individualized Writing Skills Assessment

• Review of letter recognition and formation.

• Assessment of handwriting, spacing, sizing, and alignment.

• Review of sound-to-letter correspondence and phonetic spelling.

• Assessment of word and sentence writing.

• Review of basic grammar, capitalization, and punctuation.

• Identification of individualized instructional priorities.

3. Individualized Writing Instruction

• 30/45-minute, one-on-one instructional sessions.

• Explicit, systematic instruction targeting identified skill gaps.

• Multisensory handwriting and spelling activities.

• Crafts and other fine motor activities.

• Sentence construction and early composition practice.

• Individualized materials and ongoing progress monitoring.

• Available updates in classroom writing performance.

• Recommendations for continued instruction and home practice.

6-Week Investment: $485

1. Initial Assessment + Report & Parent Meeting: $75

2. Six-45 minute sessions: $360 ($60 each)

3. Final Parent Meeting: $50
